Day 1: Paro to Jele Dzong (Trek Starts)

  • Trek Distance: 10 km (4–5 hours)
  • Elevation Gain: 1,100 m
  • Highlights: Trek through pine forests, visit Jele Dzong, and enjoy views of Paro Valley.

Day 2: Jele Dzong to Jangchulakha

  • Trek Distance: 10 km (4–5 hours)
  • Elevation Gain: 300 m
  • Highlights: Traverse alpine meadows, spot yaks grazing, and camp near yak herder huts.

Day 3: Jangchulakha to Jimilang Tsho

  • Trek Distance: 11 km (4–5 hours)
  • Highlights: Scenic views of Mount Jomolhari, camp near Jimilang Tsho (lake).

Day 4: Jimilang Tsho to Simkotra Tsho

  • Trek Distance: 11 km (4–5 hours)
  • Highlights: Cross ridges with stunning views of distant peaks, camp near Simkotra Lake.

Day 5: Simkotra Tsho to Phajoding

  • Trek Distance: 10 km (4–5 hours)
  • Highlights: Descend towards Phajoding Monastery with views of Thimphu Valley.

Day 6: Phajoding to Thimphu (Trek Ends)

Day 7: Thimphu to Paro
