Day 1: Arrival in Paro – Transfer to Thimphu

  • Visit the Buddha Dordenma statue and Tashichho Dzong.
  • Explore the Folk Heritage Museum.

Day 2: Attend Thimphu Tshechu (Day 1)

  • Experience colorful dances, including the Black Hat and Mask Dance of Victory.
  • Visit craft stalls displaying traditional arts and crafts.

Day 3: Attend Thimphu Tshechu (Day 2)

  • Participate in local festivities and observe sacred rituals.
  • Evening free to explore Thimphu’s weekend market.

Day 4: Thimphu to Punakha

  • Cross Dochula Pass, stopping to view the 108 chortens.
